Dune Buggy - 1/8 Scale 2WD RC Car With LED Lights - Brushed Version

The big 1/8th scale dune buggy is just like the real deal with it's 2WD setup and amazing off road capabilities thanks to the rear mounted motor and over-sized rear tyres. The front tyres have a directional tread to improve steering in off road conditions while a large rear spoiler creates extra down force for added traction on rough terrain. The model is one of the coolest looking models on the market with a fantastic choice of colour schemes, model driver and working front LED lights allowing you to have fun even in the dark!

The dune buggy is packed with features such as metal diff gears and metal transmission gears manufactured using the latest powder metallurgy method for maximum durability and will last even if you upgrade to a brushless setup later. The motor is mounted above the rear diff, just below the rear wing giving several advantages for a model like this such as increased cooling, added weight above the tyres and the extra space created on the chassis is then used for a central battery layout for better balance. Speaking of the battery, the dune buggy comes with a higher capacity than normal 7.2V 2500mAh Ni-MH pack for longer use at full power. Other features include ball bearings throughout reducing the wear and tear of the model, fully adjustable independent suspension and an adjustable slipper clutch to help protect the gears.

The buggy comes fully assembled ready to run so all you need is 4 x AAA batteries for the radio equipment. This model will suit a wide range of users from beginner to RC racing pros and just in case you crash we stock all the parts you may need as well as a range of upgrades.
